The OCD Awareness Scale
The OCD Awareness Scale is my proprietary assessment tool that is free to download. As my prior research studies have found, unfortunately, high rates of OCD misidentification are common. A goal of the Scale is to provide a comprehensive measure that provides information and examples across the broad range of ways OCD presents. The tool was designed to be helpful for individuals with OCD, those who have a loved one with OCD, along with mental, medical, and educational health professionals and trainees.
The roadmaps offers detailed, research-based guidance on key topics in OCD treatment and recovery. It's designed to help you navigate common challenges and understand important nuances of OCD. Some of the topics covered include: Reducing OCD Accommodation; Distinguishing OCD from Non-OCD Behavior; How Reframing Thoughts Can Be A Ritual; Helpful and Unhelpful Types of Mantras.
The OCD Card Deck
When working on developing new skills, it can be common to not remember to work on the tools! This can be for many reasons such as the mind is used to being in its familiar thought patterns and forgets to practice the new approaches, especially in times of anxiety/stress. The motivational card deck provides mindsets and approaches to work on that are the foundation of making lasting change. Each card has a practical tip and is paired with an engaging photograph, designed to help you REMEMBER to practice and WANT to practice the recovery techniques.
Books
The collection of specialized books is designed to help individuals grow and overcome specific challenge areas. The adult and teen books are a combination of education, practical techniques, and exercises designed to facilitate change. The children books provide a light and playful way to introduce valuable and teachable concepts and skills to young kids in an engaging and enjoyable manner.
Masterclasses
The masterclasses offer a comprehensive dive into specific, specialized topics so that you gain the knowledge and confidence to apply the tools yourself. I am excited to share focused content that can sometimes be misunderstood or overlooked, as nuanced information and strategies are key components to making impactful change.
Guided Meditations
As it is human nature for the mind to wander, guided meditations provide an excellent opportunity to have in the moment guidance and support when working on developing new skills. I have developed these meditations to address common challenge areas that people often struggle with when working on their exposures and overall healing process.

My passion is helping people learn effective strategies for making impactful change!
From my clinical experiences working with clients at McLean Hospital's residential OCD program, Roger Memorial Hospital's residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient OCD/anxiety programs, and being the Founder and Director of Clearview Horizons, an OCD, anxiety, and perfectionism specialty group practice - my drive is to provide comprehensive OCD/anxiety education and compassionate and goal directed support to empower individuals to break the OCD/anxiety cycle and achieve their goals.
In addition, my OCD-focused research has uncovered an overall lack of awareness regarding the wide range of ways that OCD presents and has been a motivating factor for my development of the OCD Awareness Scale, a free tool that provides a comprehensive breakdown of OCD with many helpful examples.
