Whether using the Scale on your own, including it in a therapy session, integrating the Scale into neuropsychological assessment batteries, incorporating it into trainings, workshops, or class curriculum, we hope the Scale offers users a helpful insight into OCD.

My passion is working with individuals with OCD, providing education and training on OCD and effective therapies for OCD, and conducting research focused on how often OCD is misunderstood. Through both clinical work and research, I’ve seen how easily OCD can be missed or mislabeled—often delaying access to the right kind of support. This experience has shaped how I think about education: not just sharing information, but helping people truly understand how OCD works and how to respond to it in real life. This newsletter is an extension of that work—a space where I share practical tools, insights, and patterns I see every day, so you can feel more confident in how you navigate OCD or support others.
